Web Development

Web development is the engineering of websites — turning designs into fast, accessible, standards-compliant code that runs reliably in every modern browser. Front-end and back-end development for fast, accessible, maintainable websites. doXevo builds with modern frameworks and ships code it can support long term.

What is Web Development?

Web development is the engineering of websites — turning designs into fast, accessible, standards-compliant code that runs reliably in every modern browser.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses that have a design or brand ready and need it built properly
  • Companies whose current site is slow, fragile or hard to update
  • Design studios and freelancers who need a reliable development partner
  • Owners who want a site they can extend later without starting over

What you get

  • A responsive, production-ready website built from agreed designs
  • Semantic, accessible HTML checked against WCAG basics
  • Performance work: image optimization, code splitting, caching
  • SEO fundamentals: metadata, structured data, sitemaps, clean URLs
  • Deployment setup with a preview build for every change
  • Documentation and a handover walkthrough

Our process

  1. Technical scoping. We review designs and content, agree the stack and define what ‘done’ means for every page before writing code.
  2. Build. We develop the site component by component on a shared preview URL, so you watch progress in a real browser, not screenshots.
  3. Quality pass. We test on real phones and browsers, run accessibility and performance checks and fix what they surface.
  4. Launch. We handle DNS, redirects from any previous site, analytics and search-console setup, then deploy.
  5. Support. After launch we stay available for fixes and small changes; larger iterations are scoped as they come up.

Work that demonstrates this

AutoNesi homepage: the Macedonian headline “Најдете Го Вашето Совршено Возило” over full-bleed photography of the dealership’s cars, with buy and sell calls to action side by side.

Pizzeria Angela homepage: the headline “Where moments matter.” over a photograph of guests dining beside the wood-fired oven, with a “View Full Menu” call to action and an English, Macedonian and Albanian language switcher.

Technologies we typically use

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Modern CSS

Why this approach

  • Static-first rendering keeps pages fast on average phones and weak connections, not just office Wi-Fi.
  • Semantic HTML and accessibility checks widen who can use the site and improve how search engines read it.
  • TypeScript catches a class of bugs before code ships, which matters most once a site is live and changing.
  • A component-based build means later changes touch one place, not every page.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build from designs made by someone else?

Yes. We regularly build from external design files. We review them for feasibility first and flag anything that would be slow or fragile in a browser.

How long does development take?

It depends on scope — page count, interactivity and integrations. We agree a timeline at kickoff, and the shared preview URL lets you see progress against it throughout.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?

If you need self-service editing we build on a content management setup and walk you through it. If content rarely changes, we keep the stack simpler and make updates for you.

What happens after launch?

The site is documented and handed over, and we remain available for support. Small fixes are handled as they arise; bigger changes are scoped as short follow-up projects.
